Sweet sophia came in the studio this week with her parents Jen and Richard ( a wonderful couple whos wedding i photographed 4 years ago) The session was lovely and how nice to see them return with a lovely new baby. Along with them where the rest of the family with  more babys for me to photograph. wellcome to 2012… it has been a while since my last blog, thats because iv havent been back in work!  I say havent been back in work what i mean is im still working but not at work! I have been busy doing end of year accounts, making new contracts, sorting out, training, making new brouchers, seasonal offers and posters and so on. I have however made it to the studio when Rachel my assistant has had a new born session in. (these are my favorites) Lately I have been really excited about newborn shoots. Over half way there till our new arrival. I love babies.  There is nothing more beautiful than brand new life.  Honey you are such a sweetheart and your photos are amazing,  such a wonderful model. Harley it was so nice to meet you, you look so hansome in the hats. Ivy our session was perfect… i could have went on for hours and i think you would have let me. Thanks to all your mummys who brought you in for me to photograph i have enjoyed every one of you. x

Here i am in my studio, raining outside, Pierce in with me today helping.  In comes Nicola and Mark with an absolutly beautiful bundle of pure love. Innocent. Small. Vibrant.  Wellcome to the studio baby Henry. You have a wonderful family who love and cherish you so much. A very lucky boy.

He is only weeks old and is ready to pose to the camera for me, Nicola you look AMAZING! Sophia stole the show the other day with her amazing little poses,  something i have been after for a long time now.  Im one happy, happy photographer.  No more words just this beautiful little girl.

Tuesday i was blessed with the company of two little bundles of joy.  Meet Ollie and Sally.  Both parents booked photoshoots with there newborns and i was lucky enough to have them both in my studio posing for the camera… both good as gold, both beautiful, both totally adored and both of them had a wee on my backdrop!!! lovely!

Making this book was a pleasure , lots of tears and joy. It makes me want to have lots of children just so they can all have wonderful heart felt books like joe’s.

Meet Thomas, he is my very small, very new baby  boy who has joined my baby club. this little chap already has  a journey many people in a life time will not have to go through, Thomas has A cleft lip, sometimes referred to as a harelip, it is an opening in the upper lip that can extend into the base of the nostril.  A cleft palate is an opening in the roof of the mouth. He is to go and have his first operation at only 16 weeks old.  The incidence of cleft lip and palate not associated with a syndrome is one in 700 newborns.  Native Americans have an incidence of 3.6 in 1,000 newborns.  The incidence among Japanese newborns is 2.1 in 1,000.  The incidence among whites is one in 1,000 newborns.  African Americans have an incidence of 0.3 in 1,000 newborns.

Thomas came in the day after valentines, i was going to post my valentines baby shoots, i know i have a few mums out there waiting to see them, but im not!….  I will however, wish you a whole year full of love.  Full of blessings.

I am so lucky to spend so much time with pierce, i have had over a month off work and left my assistant Laura in charge.  Im back in now and full of  busy,  and what better way to start my new year than with a beautiful baby.  Meet Ava.  These image’s  fill me up, she was a perfect little model and let us get so many wonderful images.   Amy  soak up every single second with your little girl,  it goes so fast.  congratulations she is beautiful i know how excited you are to see these. x

Iv said goodbye to a few very close baby book clients this year as they leave with thier books and babies, and i sit and wait for new expectant mummys to contact me and start a new baby book.  I LOVE my job, i really do.  Look at this new little family who has joined our club. The pictures speak volumes! Wow! Thank you for being such a sweet little model baby Rocco.

What more of a beutiful thing than to have two baby boys to love.  They were a photographers dream, so precious. I can barely deal with how much I love the babies in a basket shot above. I have been wanting this shoot for how long!  ask anyone of my friends.  So when Katie and Andrew( my wedding clients) came in with these two wonderful babys I had one thing and one thing only to do….snap away!   And with how perfectly well behaved they were they made it easy for me.  your boys are fatastic.  thank you for bringing them in for me to photograph and for letting the hartlepool mail have a pic to. x

So much love.  I need to stop doing this it is becoming a habbit!  last time i had Julie and Davids pics on here before they got home.!  And i find  myself doing it again…. but how can i resist….such a beautiful family, such a beautiful baby, and such a beautiful prop….. PERFECT xx

Just a quick note to inform people that the raffle has been re-judged and our new winner is Emma Watson. Emma has now been in and choose her free photos…. a fantastic collection of 24, she will take them all away in prints and on cd to re-print any other orders her family members might want.

Well i never expected that…..! if you came along to our baby fair you would have seen for youself  just how busy it was.  It was full of all you fab exhibitors showing the public just what we can do and how good we can do it.  If you came alng to see our exhibitors and you had a mini photosession then here is a sneek preview of how it went.   The raffle winners detils are in the studio so come along and see who has won, a big congratulations you have just won yourself  £400 worth of beautiful photographs. Everyone who knows me knows that i specializes in capturing special moments.  After traveling the world on cruise ships I chose to open up my studio here in Hartlepool. Its my pleasure to be photographing so many of you with your familys, children, pets.  We do it all From weddings, to pregnancy, to new babies and gorgeous grannies - I would say its fresh, alive and very exciting!  I consistently pride myself on creating timeless images that inspire and amaze.  Its my passion and I love capturing images that you and your loved ones will undoubtedly cherish.  Rebecca sat there in her veiwing session and said….
