Your little angel comes into this world so tiny.  Anyone would be happy to look back at these photos on the first day of college… just a reminder on how fast time goes by. Its been two years, since Emma and Brian cam to the studio for their pics to be done, Emma kew exactly what she wanted…. I hope when your looking through them Emma i have achieved it all for you. Alfie has been an absolute darling, its been so much fun watching your little boy grow.  What could possibly be a more incredible life for me? I have no idea. This is bordering pretty good on perfection to me. Creating images of amazing people, adorable children, and fabulous personalities.

We know your wedding photographs are  unique.  Not only does it alone remain to show you where your wedding expenditure went, but it’s value grows with years. While everything else connected to a wedding is a cost, your wedding photography is an investment.

Before your wedding day begins, we need to have a few meetings to ensure we are on a understanding and draw up what we are going to be covering on the day…. also we need to do our fun pre-wedding photo shoot.  You will view through them and see what you like and dislike, this makes you confident that on the day you are getting exactly what you want.

A good wedding Photographer tells the story of your special day. This always starts with pictures of the bride getting ready at home. being a female team this always helps.  We dont do different packages or diferent coverage,  I dont undersatand how photographers can turn up to your wedding day half and hour before the service and leave afterwards and call themselfs a photographer…. ! What about the beginning of the story, the emotions, the excitment, the nerves, the beauty of the full day..?

We will take an unlimited number of images, as many as is appropriate to fully capture the coverage you require, using the latest digital professional photographic equipment and lenses.

We will preview your wedding photos in our studio, we work on a personal level and what could be more personal than viewing your wedding pics!  We can help give you direction , and with our experience can help you deceide what layouts work best with your photographs.  Normally  we would get in contact with yourself  in approxmetly 21-28 days after the wedding. This depends on wedding season. We will have all your photographs ready to view on a music slideshow along with layouts we have created to go into different albums, books and storybooks.  This is great for people who dont know what they are going for, and untill you view your photgraphs… how would you?  This is a fab way of seeing how your photographs could have the best potential.  Sit back and remember the day as it truely was…. we have plenty of tissues…!

Here at Exposure Photography, we fully understand that every wedding is unique, and it is our aim to create a wedding album for you that captures all the joy, emotion and events of the day, and an album that is as original and different as the day itself.

 Every wedding is unique,  there are so many variations of albums. Every Bride and Groom has different requirements,You might want an album that stays in line with the thyme of your wedding and stays in line with your colours, therefore we don’t do ‘packages’ but will discuss all the album options and coverage options available to you and agree costs with you once your requirement has been discussed and understood.

Reprints are available at £10  for an 10×8 print mounted in a card folder.   All other sizes of reprints are sold mounted and framed and are priced according to the size and type of the framing options required.   For a full list come in to our studio.

Albums:   After you have viewed your wedding  photographs we will start putting album designs together for you… depending on the album depends on the cost!  This is an expense you pay for after the wedding.  Its simple  you pay for the album you choose.   And that could be from £100 up to £1000  remember we create your photographs, you choose the album and we design from there. We never print or send any album designs off untill your both completely happy with the end reslut.

Potentially thousands of pounds worth of images all for ….£300

Please use this price list as a guide, however, we are pleased to discuss with you any variations you may require regarding coverage or album type.

Terms & Conditions

A non refundable deposit of £200.00 is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable 14 days prior to the wedding. Any reprint orders must be paid for on placement of the order and any money for reprint orders from relatives or friends must be collected by the bridal couple. 

PREVIEW ALBUM 

Preview albums are not offered as all photography is done digitally. Your wedding images can be previewed in our studio at a time best to suit you. WE work on a late evening to accommodate all you 9-5 workers!

All prices are subject to alteration, but will remain unchanged once a deposit has been received. No part of the finished order will be released by us until full payment of the whole amount owing has been made.

What happend in August???   Beautiful people, perfect moments I’d like to share a few of my favorites. What  beautiful familys I have been shooting.  Wonderful pregnancy bellys, amazing engagments, sunny weddings, teenie little people so beautiful and warm. I have enjoyed every one of them…. Its to all these people why I love my job so much.

So, I’m totally overwhelmed with both weddings I had the immense pleasure to photograph this weekend.
Totally overwhelmed, we will start todays blog off with Robbie and Paulas wedding at Shotton Hall.

Robbie and Paula have been great, from their pre wedding shoot in the studio, both of them had the giggles to their wedding day they have been so much fun, up for anything,  and completely happy to let my creative mind go wild and free for some not so conventional portraits.  I love  it when my couples are able to stretch themselves for something different, fresh and wonderful! Their connection was amazing which tells me there marrage is’nt only going to work but its going to last. Your made for each other, I hope you have a long happy life together guys.   P.S. Thanks for sitting me on table number TEN…!  Enjoy my selection see you when you get back from Cuba.

There are certain shoots… certain people, that just stick out as down right incredible.   To me, this was one of them.
Their wedding was sunny, I think it was one of the hottest days of the year, It was  full of love, and smiles, and laughter.   The whole experience was exactly as I had suspected, perfect.  Claire was so excited to be getting married she had tears in her eyes all morning, you nearly had me going Claire!

Lee looked so proud, you could see it in his eyes when she walked through those doors, his heart must have missed a beat. Your day was perfect, just like I knew it would be. Your both beautiful people and I hope every day is as wonderfull as Saturday was for you.

Some of the best speeches I’ve ever heard, came from this wedding.  Soulful,  sweet,  and not to mention absolutely hysterically funny. Shawn Well done.!  I hope you all like my collection from Claire and Lee’s day.

Ooops whats going on here…!

I had someone say to me the other day… ‘well you must have so much time off during the week, really you only work weddings on the weekends’… If only that were true.
On that note, I thought I’d share with you all what my weeks look like…

I shoot weddings Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Monday is my day off (which I always spend editing and answering emails), And feeling really bad on Pierce as this should be our day together!
Tuesday I shoot family sessions, baby book sessions, wedding viewings,

Wednesday is my day off, and I spend every minute with my beautifull little man, going to sign class, feeding group and making sure we have a great day together, My best day of the week.
Thursday I edit, answer emails, send out contracts and answer phone messages, do a few family shoots, Im working from nine till eight on a thursday….which takes me back to Friday… hey…. right back at weddings.   I love every moment of  it but I am a bit busy.

I feel I need to talk to you a little about our Baby book sessions.   We start  you off  by doing your maternity photos…. ( one of my favorite sessions) Then we continue your book with a session every month to keep track of your little one and to make sure you dont forget a single thing.   These sessions can include your christening and your childs first birthday.  We  spread the sessions over a year.  Evey parent who return to the studio to view there finals of  their little munchkins help me create the layouts,  we design everything to meet your needs.  Each parent who return are overwhelmed with the end result.   This has to be one of the most rewarding parts of my job and one of the sadest.

Im going to introduce to you one of my little darlings who has been with me since she was four months, she is now three and a half going on twenty three!  It would be cruel of me not to share a Photo of each session with you.   Lydel… you are absolutely beautiful.
I love all of you reading my blog, and am so excited to have such a warm response from so many of you about my shoots/weddings and daily happenings. You are all wonderful!

I dont think I can ever forget what had happened during this next shoot, I had asked Lee to hold Lydel up close to his face…… She is a busty little nude by the way, So we are getting right into the shoot and she wee’s all over her dad….. the funny thing is that Lee actually said “If she wee’s mind Andrea im going to get you!”   Big Oops sorry Lee……!

I remember the first day I meet this angel, I was having a bad day, one of those days.  I was trying to pull myself around,  pull my boots up… when along came  Ashleigh Rose and it all melted away.  What a gorgeous little creation.  What a joy to photograph.  Every studio session we have had has been a one to remember. I cannot beleive a year has gone so fast.  I hope you enjoy a few of my favorite images of a spirited, wonderful child.  What a fabulous job I have.  Im going to miss this one for sure. X

I don’t know why I rarely post the very candid moments from weddings, especially as they are usually my favorites.  It is the photojournalist in me, that longs to just stay amidst the crowd and capture people as they truly are.   Sarah and Dom’s beautiful wedding, was exactly what I needed to fuel me up, and inspire me to finish off this wedding season with a bang.  There are not a lot of weddings left for me this year. In fact, there are only nine.  And they are scatted about up untill December.  But I believe now, after Sarah and Dom’s… I am ready to conquer the rest of them, with the same gusto, passion and spirit as if I were at the first one.  I had a wonderful day with you guys, Thank you for being an awesome couple.   Hope your days are forever filled with love.

I love this shot……. It was even better telling them to do it.!

I met up with everyone at Redworh Hall  (which is not only beautiful, but incredibly charming as well!) The building is old, and creaky, yet beautifully modern as well… We put  Nicola  in her dress immediately and everything flowed so perfectly from there .  It didnt stop raining untill the sevice when we had blue skies. Fantastic views.  Loving parents.  Supportive, amusing,  helpful,  friends.  Big hearts and a LOT of energy.   But I could have told you that before I arrived at there wedding. I have known Nicola for a few years now and her and Mark are a match made in heaven.   I have been looking forward to this day for some time now, I cant believe it has come so fast.

Perhaps my favorite part of the day  was when Nics dad took a deep breath and walked his daughter down the isle, you could almost see him become incredibly present, as he looked over at her he was so proud…. maybe the vows, maybe the music, All of it was breathtaking.

Just look at how radiant Nic is in every single photo. Look how calm Mark appears, and then check out what  magic we  created when we were left alone for their intimate images after the ceremony. Goosebumps, romance, laughter, tears, and a whole vast array of emotions made this day something incredibly special.

Congratulations Nicola and Mark, and may all of your days be as magical as Saturday was!

• I can’t believe there is no more weddings left in August. The summer has gone by so fast and we’ve had a full summer filled with beautiful weddings all over the country. This is the last wedding of my long  three weddings this weekend…. but not at all the least.  Amazing couple, visibly wrapped up in each other. Neither nervous. Both ready.
  Their wedding, August  30th 2009.  It was a beautiful day.
  Here is how I saw it.

I knew from the first meeting with Andy and Carly that amazing images/experiences were in store. Carly said to me in the studio…. I cant believe he picked me.!?!   Carly  I will tell you why, you looked truly amazing no doubt about it you are stunning.  Your kind, sweet and your going to be a great wife.!   Andy and Carly wanted a variety of images, and gave me so much to create them!  I was in creative heaven. The venue was beautiful, the full day….wonderful.   I found myself in inspiration overload.

My boyfriends auntie Sue once asked me “Do you have to come up with new poses for ech wedding couple?” Inspiration is a strange thing, and at the time I just go with it. I love the idea that 15 different wedding photographers can be at work in the same town, and we all come out with different images, locations and end results. I used to love that about working on cruise ships with 10 other photographers on any given ship… we could all be in the same country, same tour even, and every one of us would see something different, create images completely diverse in feeling /lighting /composition… Im so happy that Carly and Andy choose me to be there wedding photgrapher, Im happy you like my work so much. Thank you.

Colin and Jennifer were magic from the start.  They were so much fun when they came in a year ago… and were even more amazing on their wedding day!
I have no idea how, but I do believe I am blessed with having the most amazing couples… ever.

Their wedding took place at the Grand Hotel in Hartlepool and everything was flawless.  The clouds were out, but parted and we managed to acheive the most perfect pics in the park.

Jennifer was absolutely radiant!

Colin confessed before the ceremony, that he wasn’t nervous at all, just so excited to see Jennifer walk down the isle.  He said she would be nervous. He also said, he knew she was going to look incredible… the tears in his eyes, proved that he was overwhelmed when he saw her. I believe everyone was!

It was such a beautiful day, with such amazing people. Thank you for letting me  photograph such an important event in Colin and Jennifers lives.
