Lumley castle is one of my favourite places for a wedding, it is absolutely breathtaking. Keiron and Haley  are the most sweetest people. i was welcomed to there home and and wedding with trust, the best thing you can give your photographer is trust. I was left to play and capture these beautiful photographs that they will value and cherish forever. You guys are made for each other i wish you all the love and happiness in the world. x

A beautiful night to photograph a prom! Its been a busy few weeks, and im only getting round to blogging about this now, growing babies and having babies and raising them…. appears to be taking a bit of my energy and time!  In any case, Jade looked amazing, standing there in perfect light, eexcited about her prom. 15 and ready to face the world, good luck. xx

I’m always telling you there is no finish line in life, Slow down, Don’t rush! However Today was your sports day and baby you crossed the finish line before everyone else (Twice) The concentration on your face was immense. We practiced at the weekend and my only advice for you was to not look back. You listened and you won. You had fun and that’s what its all about. x

I drove away from Helen and Andy’s wedding in Hartlepool, confident that I had gotten everything, every detail and moment I could, but hoping that I had done their day justice. Against my better judgement, I’m just going to say it… I nailed it. Editing these photos today, made me very happy.

Iv had a few years to get to know these guys, i first met them at Claire and Lee’s wedding a few years back, then again at Helen and Brian’s wedding…. photographed there beautiful daughter only weeks old.

Yor wedding was flawless. On my way driving down, (in the pouring rain) I just somehow trusted that the weather would co-operate for them. The clouds were out, but parted when we needed them to. Everyone, everything, every moment. Beautiful.

Before i get distracted with the upcoming weddings i need to blog about Faye and Dans wedding.   Faye is just…. soooo……. lovely. She is a beautifully scripted open book… her heart waving around on her sleeve…. her face, hides nothing.  I watch as her face change into a fabulously massive smile explosion… her eyes light up, and she is making happy little squeeks. Faye is someone you want to be around. Your wedding was wonderful, you make me want to do it all over again! ( exactly like you have it)  The morning of the wedding she announced on her facebook page she was marring her childhood sweetheart…. These two just wrapped up in love made it really easy to capture true timeless images.  Her best girls there helping her get ready, the church looking wonderful, the venue was amazin the flowers where to die for, both Faye and Dan Looked like they just stepped out of a magazine!  It was such a beautiful day, with such amazing people. I feel completely blessed to have been given the honor of photographing such an important event in Faye and Dans lives. You two are amazing, and I wish you a lifetime of laughter and love. xx

The 8th of June is our boys first birthday. You had one, I had one. We don’t remember it. But I bet our parents do.
I bet they remember bringing us home. Sleepless nights. Being unsure if they were doing everything right, or wrong.
I bet they remember our first cries. Our firsts.
I bet they do.

I can assure you, I will never forget the day my boy was born.
It is the greatest journey. The most incredible story. The most beautiful masterpiece. That just keeps changing and growing and changing you all at the same time. In so many ways.

I love you my sweet boy. May you have countless more firsts. May your life be full of joy, and love and endless happiness. May your sorrows be meaningful and profound and may you have the wisdom to see them as lessons.  May you always look for the sunshine, and see the beauty in the rain. May you dance like it’s nobody’s business and cry big juicy tears when you need to. May you be able to feel every emotion, the good the bad and the surreal. May life shower you with as many blessings as possible. May you have a free spirit and a light heart. Cruz Neil may your life be amazing, even in the ordinary moments. In every moment.
